1) Just download ScreenHunter 5.1 for free.
2) On the 'FROM' tab on your left, select rectangle area if you want to screencap the selected part or choose active window to screencap the window you are currently viewing on top of your desktop or full screen to capture the full screen of the selected view.
In this case, I choose rectangle area as I wanted to print screen selected area only.

3) Let's switch to 'TO' tab now to select the option of how you want the final product to be put into; to be save as a picture (jpg, gif) or to paste directly onto Ms Words/Ms Outlook
Choose File, if you want to save the print screen as a picture like below or;
choose clipboard onto paste directly onto Ms Words or Ms Outlook after capturing the screen.
4) After done with the settings, click on Capture now and start capturing.
