Wanted to edit your favourite songs to put it as a ringing tone of your mobile phone but have no knowledge in audio editting? Then use CoolEdit instead, although it is an old program but it is easy to use for amateur. You can cut, join, remix, change the song file's format to various type with CoolEdit. If you have some knowledge on audio editting, you can try to add some effects on the music with it.
